Sun worship

The dogs and I took lunch in the garden today as it was so nice. Shame I had to spend the rest of it in the office but it's okay as I'm not back in again for ten days now.

Tired again today as I was woken in the early hours by the sound of Mr DawnAgain hobbling downstairs to get some drugs and then hobbling back up again. It turns out he had been woken by a sudden onset of knee pain. I have diagnosed gout; my differential diagnosis is housemaid's knee
(I'm hoping it's the latter as it's more amusing anecdotally). I've advised him to seek medical advice to test these. Meanwhile he continues to hobble and make a disproportionate fuss about the pain which he describes currently as a mere 3 out of 10.
