I feel I'm on a ......

....... roundabout !!
One day I'm crawling around, the next excruciating pain , the next just able to cope and then with pushing myself ( as I do today ) I can manage the pool swim/ exercise . I guess when you hear what happened in Manchester UK last night it puts every thing into prospective.
My thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved and to all the injured and fatalities of the terrorist bomb.
No sun today but it's still warm, I've just come home for a cuppa then I must do a bit of shopping.

Thankful ..... for all the emergency services . Thank you everyone .
