Bean went to the creche this morning and I did a yoga class for the first time ever!!! My calfs are killing me right now, I'm trying really hard not to walk around looking like John Wayne! It's from a mixture of pulling my muscles while jumping around like a nutter yesterday and pulling them even further while trying to bend like a pretzel at yoga...it sure does suck getting old!!!
