"Winter is Coming"

There a definite 'nip' in the air in the morning and evening.

I managed to read about 4 of George R R Martin's books and really enjoyed the first 3....but then it became a bit of a chore. Since there are about 50 books on my Kindle at the moment I'm now reading and really enjoying 'The Accidental Tourist' (Anne Tyler) - I shall never complain about Mr S's little 'foibles' again!

Loads of apples on the trees at the back of the garden....looking forward to bumper crop!
