Woodpeckers peck wood - no ifs, no buts!
So why's Mr Woodpecker pecking nuts?

A larger visitor than usual to the garden feeding station today! You can tell it's Mr Woodpecker and not Mrs Woodpecker as only he has the red patch at the back of his neck. The little songbirds were busy flying to and from the seeds around him, happy to feed side by side. 

Oh for such harmony in the world of humanity!
