Rhododendron Bushes, Trinity Hill Reserve

One of the problems on the Nature Reserve at Trinity Hill Axminster, is trying to control the growth of the rhododendron bushes. There are some of 12-15ft tall down one side of the reserve and a wide area of these small bushes.  These were all cut back to floor level last year and already they are 3 - 4ft  and flowering
