Shocked to hear the news this morning and I've been thinking about all those kids out without adults not knowing what was going on, and thinking they are so young to go through that. I hope they get the support they need.

This is me, age 14 and my sister, 12, waiting for the start of They Might Be Giants, in school uniform. We arrived so early, with our friend Nic, that the roadies sneaked us into the sound test. It was brilliant. I have no idea what we would have done if something went wrong. But it didn't, and it hardly ever does, and little kids should still go along to gigs and sneak into sound tests, otherwise we've all lost.
