This Airedale won't be so curly tomorrow evening as she's being clipped!

The twinge in the back is all but sorted today. Hurrah. Lovely day off spent partially with bro N having coffee and chats about work and the future.

My shiny new phone arrived but have to wait to use it as the sim arrives separately in a few days. I have at least got a protective case on it.

I had a decent weight loss too so am very happy and relaxed. Back to work tomorrow ...
