Acer Palmatum

On 7th July 2005 I, like thousands of others, experienced the bombings at first hand as I travelled across London to a meeting. I was unharmed but later learnt that one of my colleagues, travelling on the same underground train, but just a few carriages further up was among those that had been killed. A random choice of carriage meant the difference between life and death. Today the flashbacks and all those terrible feelings have come rushing back to haunt me. I feel so sorry for all those involved.
