One of my very favourite pastries (along with the Paris Brest) and, incidentally, also Carolina's husband's. When we met, I found a short directory of the best millefeuilles in Paris.

When I saw on Saturday that our baker had made some (he doesn't always), I couldn't resist.

PS: we also shared a lemon meringue pie...
