Bright Spot!

It was a gray and foggy morning, so I spent some time working on capturing that elusive foggy feel that you can't photograph directly----with some success---- and that is what I was going to use----until this popped up on the gray horizon.  Talk about a pop of color----and when I saw it on my computer bedecked in rain or dew or fog droplets, all thoughts of using the fog vanished!  I've done fog pictures before and will again, but, I had not seen this.  It is called Standing Cypress and it was certainly a bright spot on a gray day---hope to see more of it in the future!
