Emergency blip

I've no idea what this is but it was pretty enough to catch my eye.
At work I've been assigned to 'look after the garden'. I think they should have asked for some form of qualification before handing me this responsibility. So far I've water the plants that are there - nothing had died yet ..... give me time.....
