Old and new streetlights

Kent County Council are changing old yellowy street lights for new bright white LED lights, and have reached our area. The light outside our bedroom is an old yellowy light and those in the street beyond are new white ones. Despite rumours that the new ones are ineffective, we haven't noticed a huge difference yet.
