A day of working from home and very pleasant it was too with the patio doors flung wide.

As the two wannabe athletes were both reporting minor twinges, walk/run and speedy walk were put on hold in favour of a 3.4 mile bimble. Very pleasant indeed and a gentle glow was the end result.

I could get used to this weather!
