Meadow Pipit

Yesterday we had to go to North Wales and while we were there went up the Great Orme at Llandudno. It was strange weather, it was stiflingly hot  and humod making walking was uncomfortable yet it was very misty as can be seen from the extra photo.

We saw skylarks and meadow pipits at the top, the one in the photo was carrying a grub in it's beak.

It was a slow journey home in thick fog for most of the way.
