Drenched

So tonight I (Chris) decided it was time to switch back to the on road running group. The off road crew continue now into the winter with their head torches, for me it was back to the roads and pavements. En route to the run I grabbed a quick shot of this rainbow, I was hoping we'd be seeing the dry side of this weather front. 4.5 miles into the run however the heavens opened and in a mattter of about 5 minutes the whole group were totally drenched. Since joining the club in January this year, this was the wettest I'd got. The last mile or so was less than plesant, so relieved to get back to the car although I'm not sure the drivers seat will have dried out by tomorrow morning!
