Riverside

Today we headed out to the Riverside Museum in Glasgow, down near the SECC. I've passed it several times and never realised it is free to go in! So today, we played tourists-at-home and went. I was impressed, lots of stuff to see and do, but as usual with these things (except for the Smithsonian Space Museum in Washington) I get bored after an hour. I seem to have a one hour threshold for this sort of thing. Got me wondering what folks thresholds are when listening to me preach. My last couple of sermons have been longer than usual. I know that occasionally I drift myself when listening to a very long sermon. How long is too long? Or is it OK if the passage requires it? How short can a sermon be? Sometimes, I think we have to be bold!
