My mountains

Yes, I know they are clouds not mountains! But the low clouds on the horizon always remind me of mountains beyond a lake. Just my imagination - but humour me!

Tomorrow I go and see the surgeon to see what he will plan to do about my gut. Not a happy thought but something needs to be done. Meanwhile pain clinic decided to put me into the gym today - no warning of course. They were surprised I did well - well to be honest now that the (private) chiropractor has sorted out my neck impingement and I'm not falling over all the time the stuff they put me through in their gym was child's play.
