Stuffed Peppers
Another day in the sunshine. We went in for coffee at Nero this morning. We were there when the minute's silence for Manchester was held. The staff stopped serving and the cafe went quiet. A dreadful occurance and a minute to reflect.
After shopping, and lunch in the garden, Ann varnished one of the fence panels at the bottom of the garden whilst I prepared tea; baby peppers stuffed with spinach and goats cheese, flavoured with roasted pine nuts, garlic, red chillies, oregano and parmason cheese (it should have been Swiss chard but Morrison's didn't have any).
