Foxglove

I wonder where the fox lost the other one?
I didn't know before I looked at this shot close up, that there are lots of small transparent hairs inside the foxglove entrance. Presumably the spots are there to attract insects and the hairs keep them in there.
I had just enough time after leaving work tonight to get home, have a cup of tea (already waiting for me on the patio) take 4 photos, and get out again for an appointment at 6pm.
Only teetered for part of the day today - I moved onto flatties part way through the morning. I also took some nice cooling spray with me for feet and legs - that felt much better. A colleague who is pregnant appreciated it being sprayed onto her legs and feet too.
