Grange over Sands

Crazy long and sad day at work - I eventually got home finding it hard to believe it was the same day that started out this morning at Kirkby Lonsdale before rushing over to Grange. As I arrived there I wished I had time for a blip as I drove in because the tide was right up and incredibly hot and still. It reminded me of 'Death in Venice'.  Finishing late the traffic was backed up on the A590 and so I ended up going so off piste that I ended up on roads with more grass than road around the back of Whitbarrow and then winding homewards over Kirkstone.
