Dinner

Feeling totally lazy about my blip today, which of course left me floundering when my usual posting time approached. As it happened, I was engaged in the exceedingly time consuming process of making our favorite (only) thing that I make with eggplant (aubergine). So naturally, I took a photo of the pan full of breaded and being sautéed slices of aubergine (eggplant). Hey presto, Abstract Thursday blip!
