First look around Galway

Well, we arrived safely some 9 hours after leaving home in Edinburgh, 45 minute flight, the rest sitting around waiting or on the Dublin to Galway bus.
First impressions?  A lively, bustling town, slightly faded but being refurbished carefully.
So far, and it's only 3 pints, the Guinness is good for you!
