They are going

The mascots are now being removed.

On my usual walk across London, Arty Wenlock and City Gent Wenlock have gone. The others were still there and I blew each one of them a kiss to say "Goodbye" and wish them well whereever they went.

Talking of things going, the Damien Hurst exhibition has finished at the Tate Modern (this is aview from the Milenium Bridge, looking back towards the South Bank) so this structure (Thank you RunningBackwards) has also now been removed. You can see the protective fencing round where it was.

Exercise: Exercised my bottom muscles most of the day while I danced sitting down at my desk

PS there was a man snoring really loudly on the train - he woke me up and then I noticed that another woman had her shoes off. I'm going to have to start carrying around those protective feet covers that you get to wear in hospital

PPS I didn't like any of my photos today. I'm suffering from Post Olympics depression
