CityCycle Station

Brisbane's City bike hire scheme is called CityCycle and there are 150 bike stations dotted around the city. This is the one at Guyatt Park where there is also a CityCat terminal. I've been riding past here for a week and have noticed that quite a few of the bikes get taken from this one.

The scheme doesn't extend as far out as where our office is - and I've borrowed a bike anyway, but I did try using CityCycle at the weekend and it was pretty convenient. Certainly useful for a visitor but not sure about actual benefits to residents and the exact nature of the deal between BCC and the folk that run it ...
