Never a Day Off

Our weather has taken another nose dive and I hope it recovers by this weekend as I have some photo sessions booked.  I have gotten out for walks and was dismayed to see so many of my beloved places in the woods flooded to the point that I could not go far.

This starling shows how no matter what the weather, nature perseveres and pushes on.  No moaning and groaning for this lady!  She did take a moment to fluff out her wet feathers, however...so perhaps a little groan took place?  : )
