Welcome to historic Leicester.. it's current configuration is basically a festival site for aficionados of illegal parking! Check out Derby, Newcastle, Dundee even Glasgow with its epic motoring hubris and it is not such a problem in those cities. This nonsense is largely down to crap citizenship here, but hopefully in time we will move beyond these selfish boxes of steel and use the space more wisely.
