Blue flowers

but haven't a clue what they are and neither has my neighbour..They're his side of the fence. I have being painting   more of it again today and some of these flowers happened to get in the way and turned brown :( I then collapsed onto my sun lounger to make the most of a glorious day.
Time for tea ;)
