Downward dog...

...this Weim moseyed on in after I had finished my yoga practice this morning and whilst I was meditating...so I couldn't shift him immediately...and plunked himself down on my yoga mat.

Just about rolled him up in it when it was time for me to tidy it away...he wasn't for moving. It is quite a thick comfy yoga mat.

Grateful for yoga and meditation to start my day.
