Day out with Jack

Late with this picture - our internet has been beyond shocking, we've had essentially no internet for the last three days - it's been partially delightful and partially frustrating. Today, I returned to good old fashioned phone calls for organising a few things, it was great - quick, friendly and far nicer than sitting in front of a computer, typing to unknowns at the other end.

Anyway, today we had a fab day out with my lovely friend Daisy.  It's always going to be a good day when we're meeting up.  What's more, no-one got into trouble, no-one hurt themselves, there weren't any tears.... that's pretty good for two adults, four children and two dogs!

I think we're both equally gutted about our moving away, I'm trying to persuade her to live in rural Leicestershire, but it's never going to work. 

So, today's picture was taken with the phone.  I got the camera out to take a few pictures and something has happened to the disk.  I've lost all the photo's I had - a few hundred! Lesson learnt to actually get round to filing pictures as they are taken.
