Flower Friday in the mist!

A certain Wombat turned 69 yesterday and her wonderful friend splashed out and bought her the most exquisite bunch of gladioli for her birthday.

It seemed appropriate to publish this image for Flower Friday and also in memory of my dear old dad who would have turned 95 today if he had still been alive.

We had a wonderful visit with Mr and Mrs Beckett today and the holiday slide show took on a whole new meaning. We all sat in front of the huge TV screen and watched T and W's Fiji trip unfold in front of our eyes. Even enjoyed a video of their spectacular trip on a schooner. Thanks again for you hospitality you two and huge thank you for the most sensational BIRTHDAY CAKE!
