Imminent calm

This boat was moving slower than therapeutic walking speed.

The BBC just said 'The threat level is imminent but you are encouraged to enjoy yourselves this weekend'

Now I'm thinking was the boat moving at a SUSPICIOUSLY slow speed? ;-)
