Crystal ball

Very very hot day and I only managed about half an hour outside in it. Diagnosed with anaemia after a blood test came back which explains why I've been shattered for the last couple of months so I'm on prescription iron tablets. A car crash on the main road to the doctors meant I could not collect my prescription as the two roads to the surgery were closed- what are the chances?

Had a pampering afternoon full of nice essential oils and nurturing. Trying to eat healthy and look after myself.
