Birthday party

It's the weekend here. Lex had a birthday party themed pirates, knights and fairies. The hostess had done a fab job. There was a huge pirate ship made from cardboard boxes, a wigwam and a trampoline covered with fabric to make it into a castle. I'm always very impressed with other people's creative ideas. Probably because I'm so rubbish at those things myself. The balloons were in the living room when we arrived but the children thought it would be a great idea to let them go up the staircase. It certainly made for a nice blip.
