Back to the drawing board

I'm a day late for flower Friday. Thank you all so much for your good wishes yesterday on reaching my milestone. After several days out walking, I have had an easy day today. Unfortunately, my son and daughter in law didn't get the house they wanted but nor did anyone else. After saying they were the preferred bidders, the seller then demanded another 20K dollars which they declined to pay as it needed work doing to it. The problem is my daughter in law wants to stay in the road they currently live in so options are limited and detached houses in Calgary are expensive. They only start house hunting again when the snow has gone, it's a short window of opportunity.
