Well mid afternoon .

I don't think this gate has been opened for a while, and I don't think the farmer wants you to climb over it either. There are lots of field gateways like this locally.  I like the wooden ones but these newfangled metal ones with a bit of barbed wire are quite attractive too in their own way I think.
