Puffin at Bempton Cliffs
This shot makes it as the blip for the day, not because it is my best shot, but because it was the first time I had ever seen a puffin ( yeah lifer!) . I thought I might find one on the ground or on the cliff, but I saw this bird in the air heading for the rock.
There weren't many puffins around and those I did eventually manage to see weren't very close. I hope to see and photograph more puffins when I go to Ireland.
Lots more photographs of gannets, guillemots, fulmars, kittiwakes, razorbills and fulmars today but I haven't processed them yet.
