The Hare

I spent the entire day procrastinating. It took me 1 hour to get everything done, but I wasted the whole day sitting around doing nothing. Actually, I watched Curb Your Enthusiasm clips on youtube. :)

Before going home, I asked Cheng if I could make some portraits of him.

I found a hare on the snow while walking to my car. I chased it for several seconds, trying to get a decent photo. Suddenly I saw a huge owl swoop by, and realized what was about to transpire.

Sadly, there were several problems that stopped me from getting any photos: my lens is not long enough, it was nighttime so autofocus was hunting around, and my flash hadn't finished recycling, though it is doubtful it would have illuminated anything.

The hare got away with his life, and the owl perched looking for another meal.
