Road Trip

We've had a busy few days organising a road trip after hearing from an old friend from Australia that she was in Thailand.  I will tell you the actual place later when I find out how it's spelt.  We left home very early yesterday and did a did a 9 hour drive through spectacular mountains.  My shot is of one of the towns we passed through on our way to an overnight stop in Udon Thani which is in the Isan region.  We have another 4 hour drive today.  

Our hotel although clean and comfortable lacks certain basics, such as the ability to make a drink and they don't do breakfast.
