946. Beyond furious...

Well thank you British Airways for ruining our holiday that had been planned for almost a year....we finally got back home yesterday after leaving the house at 5am....got back at midnight after the worst travelling nightmare we've ever experienced....

BA knew there were problems at Heathrow yet continued to allow people the check in knowing that none of them would actually fly....

Their staff were unhelpful and just kept telling lies all day...

We finally gave up at 4 pm after being told "there's the exit...make your own way home"....

No luggage....no help and now £350 lighter just to get home again...

Bitterly disappointed as we now have to start the tortuous process of claiming a refund....

BA are a disgrace....
