Waiting for a taxi
Was in at Comcab office in Aberdeen today training up a couple of new drivers who ate joining our fleet.
This is a picture of the call centre where, when you phone for a Taxi the hires are put into the system, and then automatically dispatched.
The desk at the front desks with Comcab Aberdeen, whilst the rest of the office deals with Comcab London.
Yes folks, if you live in London and phone up for a Comcab or Dial a Cab taxi, the calls are answered here and dispatched from here. So don't expect the call takers to know which bridge or roundabout or whatever that you are drilling about.
It's all done by smoke and mirrors, or computers.
