The busy bee

A lovely day today though pretty breezy. Warm enough to eat outside last night (no rain) and again for breakfast this morning. The Edinburgh marathon cheerers-on left to find somewhere they could see their friends whizzing past. I imagine it will be a nice day for running but what would I know. I'm off to Edinburgh myself soon to give mum a hand and as the marathon course goes nowhere near her flat I don't think it will cause any hold-ups. That's the hope anyway.

Then I'll be back home for an even earlier night than usual.
