Picked my parents up from Heathrow this morning, thank goodness they flew on Air Canada rather than British Airways. What with the computer chaos at BA yesterday if they'd been flying with them they'd probably still be in Vancouver as I type rather than as we are now, all relaxing at home with a beer!
