Different
Occasionally I will go out with a fixed idea of what I want to look at and capture for a blip. Today was no exception, it was going to be the very functional church bell which tolls at 1100 every Sunday for ten minutes and sounds like one of those body carts that toured the streets of London during plagues.
Then there was a beautiful Robin sitting on the gravestone of a lady who died recently aged 107. The gateway into the cemetery, the list goes on; even a bush swarming with bees and butterflies desperate for the pollen and nectar it was emitting.
When we got home this sunflower was being prowled by a bee which had been turned yellow by pollen, so obviously not the bug in the image.
It's the colours that caught me when I saw this on my screen. We all have different computers and consequently different setups for colours etc. I hope you can see what I can. The deep mauve against the yellow with sections of deep blue sky. The mauve/purple is an acer. During processing I removed the shadows, the whole image was ruined, so the shadows remain.
