The view from my landing field today.  Pleasant though this was not a patch on the previous hour when it was an entirely different perspective on the landscape ... and cloudscape!

Great wave flight from Wether Fell launching into the smoothest of smooth wave lift up to 5700'.  Cloudbase was a couple of thousand feet below :-)

A short flight into the blue with no thermals following yesterdays deluge and wind ripping what was trying to form apart.  It didn't matter though, the wave was astounding and such a shame I hadn't clipped my video camera on or got my stills sorted yet.  Next time!
