Late Autumn in the Garden

.....On a gloomy cold day in May.

Not far from Christchurch the sun was shinning. We were under a blanket of cloud all day.

When I woke this morning I really didn't feel at all well. I have earache and a sore chest. As the day went on I started to feel a little better but still not great! I just couldn't seem to get warm.

The only time I went outside was to take this shot. The buds of this Star Magnolia are starting form and look so fluffy.
