New challenge...

Mr R and I put our names down on the Stirling Allotment Association waiting list two years ago...to the day and today we went to see a wee plot that has become available.

There's a bit of work to do to reclaim it but looking forward to it. Looking forward to involving the Barmy Army too...wee bit of weeding will do them good.

A wee while since Mr R and I have been about a vegetable patch. Certainly none of our homes together had enough space for four kids, a Weimaraner and a vegetable patch. We both grew up in homes though that had vegetable patches next to the house...so hopefully we remember some of it.

Grateful for the opportunity to cultivate this wee plot of land.
