Physiotherapy day

This morning was taken up with a trip to Slateford Medical Centre to see Claire the wonderful physio, who did all the usual shoulder measurements to ensure that the flexibility and strength was coming back to my shoulder.

She seemed pleased and we have now progressed to the large elastic bands (as seen here) to get even more strength back.

Again, I have to emphasise how amazing the NHS Lothian Physiotherapy service is - they are fixing my shoulder in a timely manner and with such good humour too.
