Flying Feet....

From Parkrun!

MrsT & I were off for the bank holiday so after I walked L to school, we went for a long walk (12+ km) with a stopover at Starbucks.

Then after a jaunt to the shops we picked L up from school before taking her to her tennis class at JYHS.

Gym tonight.
