Miss42 and FOCC

As some of you may know, this year (for the first time) we are part of a charity called "Friends of Chernobyl's Children" (FOCC for short).

Yesterday a little girl the same age as Miss42 (7) arrived as part of a group of about 20 kids from the area of Belarus that was most affected by the nuclear fallout.

She will stay with us for a month of love and care and will come back for a month for the next four years too.  She and her family are very much in need of our help and support.

She is very shy and was a little upset yesterday, but all of that improved today with a trip to the park and a picnic.  Lots of smiles and running around!
